Requirements we look for:

• Taste for the commercial area, strong ambition and motivation;
• Experience in the real estate sector;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional ethics;
• Presentation compatible with the business segment;
• Entrepreneur acting independently and proactively;
• Assertive attitude, dedication and effective commitment;
• Good communication in prospecting and qualifying new customers;
• Team spirit and results-oriented;
• Be fluent in the English language, only applied specifically for commercial exchange with partners in Dubai and the USA;
• Driver's license and own vehicle.

 

 

Functions:

• Contact with the customer (direct and indirect);
• Promotion and dissemination of the business (ability to organize advertising media);
• Prospecting and raising real estate;
• Management of buyer and seller customers (follow up);
• Promotion  plan (communication and customer orientation through marketing plans and market research);
• Participation in meetings and negotiation skills with clients, promoters and investors.
